An Unexpected Delay
Last week, I went on an educational excursion with my classmates. We were returning home by bus at night. Everyone was tired but happy after spending a wonderful day. Suddenly, our bus stopped in a lonely place. To our surprise, both the tyres had been punctured. The driver checked them and told us that we had to wait for new tyres. For nearly two hours, we remained inside the bus. The lonely surroundings made us a little nervous. At last, the tyres were fixed and we resumed our journey. We finally reached home safely late at night.
